Destiny is the second and final installment of The Chosen One. In the first book, Prophecy, Patrick McKinley struggled to cope with a terrible future revealed to him by the Devil. In Destiny, the stakes are raised, and Patrick is put to the test. He finally learns the divine secret he was born with--the one Lucifer wants him to use in his war against heaven. Patrick must find a way to resist the temptation of using it before he damns himself and the rest of humanity.

I'm very excited about Destiny. It's been a challenge getting my head around the project, but I know it's going to be a powerful conclusion to The Chosen One series. It goes further on the subject of good vs. evil than any other work of fiction that I'm aware of. Once the series gets picked up by a publishing house, I'll tackle the rewrite of Destiny. Right now, I have a very rough first draft. I expect a full year of effort to tackle the rewrite and editing to my satisfaction.
